In an effort to improve B2B sales, T-Mobile looked to create a new e-commerce platform to support corporate device and service plan sales. T-Mobile sought UxD direction to drive the entire experience design and architecture of a new web platform strategically positioned to drive revenue in an important business channel.
I was the sole UX Designer for this complex and extensive project. I was responsible for the design, documentation, and presentation of all UX artifacts, including wireframes, sitemaps, and userflows.
My design approach included:
